What payment methods do you accept?

Payments can be made through our online booking system, HoneyBook (auto-pay option available), or Venmo.

Can my bridal party pay you directly?

All payments must come through the contract signer to keep things stress-free on both ends.

How much time do you need per person?

Typically 90 minutes/brides, 50 minutes/wedding party members, and 30 minutes/flower girls.

Can I make changes after booking?

Changes can be made after booking, as long as the minimum is still met, and it's communicated by 60 days prior to the wedding date.

When is the final headcount due?

The final head count must be determined 60 days prior to the wedding date. At 60 days, no reduction to the number of services will be accepted. Any additions will be considered only if timing allows. The client will be responsible for 100% of services & fees listed on the contract at 60 days.

Is travel included?

100 miles of travel is included. Additional travel is $1/mile. If overnight accommodations are required, there is a $250 fee/stylist. If the get-ready location is at a hotel, the bride is also responsible for any valet/parking fee(s) if applicable.

No, bridal previews are reserved for contracted brides to ensure date availability.

Where are previews held?

Previews with Ivy will be held in Chesterfield, VA. Previews with Kimmy will be held in Richmond, VA.

Do you recommend clip-in extensions?

Yes, for styles like glam waves, boho braids, voluminous updos, or half-up styles on fine/thin hair. I highly recommend adding extensions! Some of my favorite brands are BFB Hair, Luxy Hair, and Bellami.

Can I book you for other non-bridal services?
